We are now broadcasting in digital and HD. Depending on how you receive KSAT12 determines what kind of signal you are watching.

INDOOR/OUTDOOR ANTENNA
If you are using an indoor or outdoor antenna with a convertor box, and an older television set, you are watching television very similar to the way you used to watch it. If you are using an indoor or outdoor antenna on a newer television without a converter box, you are seeing the new digital and HD signal.

CABLE/SATELLITE PROVIDER
If you are watching television through a cable or satellite provider, you may or may not be watching digital or HD. You should call your provider to find out what programming signal you are receiving.

STILL HAVE PROBLEMS NOT RECEIVING KSAT12

There are still areas in and around South Texas where over-the-air television signals are hard to get. Special antennas can improve the chances of receiving these signals. If you cannot find KSAT12 here are several things you can try. Move the antenna to a new location and rescan. Moving the antenna near a window and away from solid walls may help. You may have to do this many times in order to find a signal. If you still can't get a signal you can try to contact several companies that will come out to your house and assist you. There is usually a cost involved and it will vary depending on each installation.
